His Adventurous Life

When our children are born, we love, nurture and teach them as much as we can. Little is known about their lives. Life and death are always uncertain. We can't possibly know that, a life would be cut short. He was supposed to be around forever, enjoying all life had to offer. He lived life as if everyday was his last. Who'd've ever thought, that, that one night on May 9th, 2008, was indeed his last. I suppose if Jared could've written the last chapter of his life, it might have a similiar ending. Nothing boring for him...not "The Rebel". He wanted everyday to be filled with excitement, adventure and fun. But tho as adventurous as it may have been for him, his ending is a devastating tragedy in my life. He hated sitting around bored. He'd be sleeping one minute, then suddenly with much spontaniety, jump up and wanna go do something. Carpe Diem!!!!...that's what he did. Siezed each day, with life and adventure. From just skateboarding around Las Vegas to making a giant waterslide out of tarps in a park. He worked on a fishing boat, long hard hours, sometimes 16 hrs a day, very little rest and cold showers. He joined Job Corps, met alot of friends there. He learned carpentry. He never could decide what it was, exactly, that he wanted to do with his life. But every minute of it counted for something. He wasn't afraid to take chances. And he taught many, to do the same thing. His zest for life was incredible. That's one of the many things that I'll truly miss about him.
